zt99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and zt99 ("zt99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://zt99.io and all associated services, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, payment processing, bonuses, and customer support functions (collectively, the "Platform").

zt99 is an online betting and casino platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. The Platform is offered in English and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. 2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the zt99 Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and all funds returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to verification. zt99 may request government-issued identification documents to confirm your age at any time.

3.2 Geographical Eligibility

The Platform is designed for and directed at players who are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the Platform does not violate any local laws, regulations, or ordinances applicable to you. zt99 makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Exclusions

The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account on the Platform:

• Persons under the age of 21;
• Persons who are currently self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally;
• Employees of zt99 and their immediate family members;
• Persons acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person;
• Persons using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play casino games.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on zt99. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all stages of registration and account management. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and any payment account details. zt99 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information you provide, including but not limited to national ID cards, passport, utility bills, and mobile financial service account statements.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

zt99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or at any other time as determined by our compliance team. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. zt99 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zt99 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zt99 does not accept cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed on the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by zt99 at any time without prior notice. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your zt99 account balance in real time, or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes, subject to your mobile financial service provider's processing times. zt99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team and processed to the player's registered payment method. Standard processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours of approval. zt99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving a withdrawal.

5.5 Own Funds Policy

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds sourced from another individual, is prohibited. Any deposit found to violate this policy will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering

zt99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any illegal activities. The Platform employs transaction monitoring procedures and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Players are required to cooperate fully with any requests for information related to the source of funds deposited on the Platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the zt99 Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, which are detailed on the individual promotion pages. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that offer only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds, and time limits are stated in each promotion. zt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the promotion terms, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited. Repeat offenders may have their accounts permanently suspended.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Real-money funds and bonus funds are held separately in your account balance. Any withdrawal request submitted before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the zt99 sportsbook are final once confirmed by the system. A bet confirmation notification will be displayed on screen and recorded in your account transaction history. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet slip before confirming. zt99 will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except as provided under these Terms.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed on each market at the time of betting. zt99 reserves the right to restrict the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets, regardless of the stake placed.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is postponed or cancelled and not replayed within a period specified in the sport-specific rules; the event is abandoned before the outcome can be determined; a market is suspended and the bet was accepted in error; or the bet was placed on a market where a manifest error in the odds occurred.

7.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds on live markets are updated continuously and may change between the time you submit your bet and the time it is accepted. If the odds change materially before acceptance, zt99 may accept the bet at the new odds or offer you the option to accept or decline. Any bet confirmed at the wrong odds due to a technical error will be settled at the correct odds.

7.5 Manifest Errors

zt99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error, including but not limited to operator entry errors, technical system errors, or odds displayed significantly out of line with true market prices. Manifest errors will be identified and corrected as soon as practicable. Any winnings paid out on bets subsequently voided under this clause will be recouped from the player's account balance.

8. Casino Games

8.1 Game Providers

Casino games on the zt99 Platform are supplied by third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. Each provider's games are subject to their own internal rules, which are accessible within the game interface. zt99 acts as the account-holder and payment processor; the game provider is responsible for game outcomes.

8.2 Random Number Generation

All slot games and non-live casino games on zt99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to determine game outcomes. RNG systems used by our provider partners are independently audited and certified for fairness. zt99 makes no warranty as to the outcome of any individual game session.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zt99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if zt99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zt99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit zt99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by zt99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

zt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zt99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
